- 1 onion, diced
- 1 1/2 cups 2 % evaporated milk
- 1 (14.75 ounce) can cream-style corn
Instructions :

- Place potatoes in a large pot with water to cover. Stir in onions. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
