"A yeasted cornbread that can be made in a bread machine. Tasty with jam, but we love it with a spicy bowl of chili!"

Ingredients :

• 1 1/3 cups warm water
• 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
• 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 tablespoon white sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 3/4 cup cornmeal
• 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast

Instructions :

• Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select cycle; press Start.
