Ingredients :

• 1 cup soy sauce
• 1 1/4 cups water
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 pinch ground ginger
• 1 teaspoon minced garlic
• 1/4 cup minced onion
• 1/4 cup sherry

Instructions :

Prep : 10M	Cook : 12M	Ready in : 10M

• Combine soy sauce, water, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, onion and sherry and stir well until sugar dissolves. Use to marinate meat or veggies.
