| Hayley's Homemade Lemon Cordial |
"This is a refreshing cordial to make all year round. Great for parties where you would normally serve water. It is so easy to make. Dilute to taste with water or carbonated water."
Ingredients :
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar
Instructions :

- In a saucepan combine sugar, water and cream of tartar. Heat until sugar is dissolved but don't boil. Remove from heat. Add lemon essence and let mixture cool.
