• 2 cups barbecue sauce, your choice
• 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions :

• In a medium, nonporous bowl, combine the garlic, shallot, honey, barbecue sauce and cilantro. Mix well and pour onto meat or poultry. Discard any leftover sauce.
