"This icing is ideal for anise cookies. Separate it into several little bowls for lots of colors. Tint with a few drops food coloring. Use little paintbrushes to color. Kids will love it!"

Ingredients :

• 1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream
• 3 drops red food coloring
